This 12-year-old Yamazaki is considered multi-layered in taste and is highly praised by whisky connoisseurs. 

It first came onto the scene in 1984 and was the first seriously marketed Japanese single malt whisky. 

Yamazaki is arguably the number 1 single malt whisky in Japan and this would be a great contender for Suntory’s flagship single malt.

TASTING NOTES
Color: Pure gold with shimmering reflection.
Nose: Peach, pineapple, grapefruit, clove, candied orange, vanilla, Mizunara (Japanese oak)
Palate: Coconut, cranberry, butter
Finish: Sweet ginger, cinnamon, long finish
