Return & Refund Policy – Whisky Mansion

At Whisky Mansion, we take pride in ensuring that every bottle of whisky and spirits is delivered to you in excellent condition. As alcohol is a regulated and consumable product, our return policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and in compliance with Singapore’s laws.

1. General Policy

  • Once an order is confirmed and payment is made, cancellations are generally not permitted.
  • Returns and refunds are only accepted under specific conditions outlined below.
  • All returned items must be in their original, unopened, and sealed packaging, with accompanying receipts or proof of purchase.

2. Eligible Returns

We will accept returns or exchanges if:

  • You received the wrong product (different brand, expression, or size from what was ordered).
  • The product was damaged in transit (e.g., broken bottle, leaking seal).
  • The product is defective or compromised (e.g., cork taint, spoilage not due to storage mishandling after delivery).

3. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns or provide refunds for:

  • Products that have been opened, consumed, or tampered with.
  • Items that are not stored properly after delivery (e.g., exposure to heat, sunlight, improper storage).
  • Orders where customers simply change their mind after purchase.
  • Products purchased on promotion, clearance, or special auction sales, unless faulty or damaged on arrival.
