Terms & Conditions – Whisky Mansion

1. Legal Age Requirement

By purchasing from us, you confirm you are:

• At least 18 years of age for alcohol purchases.
• At least 21 years of age for tobacco/cigar purchases.
• Proof of age (valid NRIC, FIN, or Passport) may be required at point of purchase or delivery.
• Orders will be canceled without refund if age verification fails.

2. Compliance with Singapore Law

• All sales of liquor and tobacco products comply with the Liquor Control (Supply and Consumption) Act and the Tobacco (Control of Advertisements and Sale) Act in Singapore.
• We reserve the right to refuse sale or delivery in compliance with these regulations.

3. Orders & Payment

• All prices are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and inclusive of GST, unless otherwise stated.
• Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment.
• We accept major credit/debit cards, PayNow, and other payment methods listed at checkout.

4. Delivery & Collection

• Delivery is available only within Singapore to eligible addresses.
• Free or discounted delivery may be offered above a certain order value, as advertised.
• Customer must be present to receive the delivery and provide valid proof of age.
• Failed deliveries due to absence, wrong address, or inability to verify age may incur additional charges.
• Alternatively, customers may collect orders from our retail store during business hours.

5. Returns & Refunds

• Returns and refunds are governed by our Return Policy.
• We do not accept returns for change of mind or for opened/consumed products.
• Damaged, incorrect, or defective products must be reported within 3 working days of delivery.

6. Product Information

• Product descriptions, vintages, strength, sizes, and packaging are provided in good faith but may vary due to supplier updates.
• Photos are for illustrative purposes and may differ from the actual product.

7. Responsible Consumption

• We encourage all customers to enjoy alcohol and tobacco products responsibly.
• Excessive or unlawful consumption of alcohol and tobacco is strictly discouraged.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Whisky Mansion shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from misuse, overconsumption, or resale of products purchased.
• We do not accept responsibility for delays or failures in delivery caused by events beyond our control (e.g., strikes, weather, government restrictions).

9. Intellectual Property

• All content on this site, including text, images, and logos, are the intellectual property of Whisky Mansion unless otherwise stated.
• No part of this site may be reproduced without prior written consent.

10. Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
• Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.

11. Amendments

• Whisky Mansion reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
• Continued use of our services after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
