Distilled in 1990 and matured for 27 years in a refill sherry butt, this single malt has an intense aroma of dried fruit and toffee, with a lighter, herbal edge. The palate brings out notes of spicy pepper and fresh mint, alongside heady vanilla and rich, sweet berries.
