Launched in 2016, this is the second release of the annual Edition from Macallan. Edition No.2 is a collaboration between Bob Dalgarno and the Roca Brothers who run the world famous El Celler De Can Roca Restaurant. The liquid has been matured in the following types of cask:

- 1st & 2nd fill Diego Martin casks
- 1st & 2nd fill Vasyma American puncheons
- 1st fill Tevasa casks
