Laphroaig Quarter Cask

Laphroaig Quarter Cask is a powerful and deeply complex Islay single malt that pays homage to the traditions of the 19th century. By utilizing smaller 'quarter casks' for a second maturation, the whisky enjoys increased contact with the wood, which intensifies the maturation process.

• Double Matured: Initially aged in ex-bourbon barrels before being transferred to smaller quarter casks.
• Signature Profile: Delivers the classic Laphroaig peat smoke, balanced by creamy vanilla and coconut notes from the American oak.
• Non-Chill Filtered: Bottled at a higher strength of 48% ABV to preserve its full body and texture.

This expression is a favorite among peat lovers for its bold character and the unique influence of the smaller cask maturation, offering a richer and more velvety experience than the standard 10-year-old.
