Kilchoman Sanaig is a flagship expression from Islay's farm distillery, named after a rocky inlet on the rugged north-west coast of the island. This single malt is a vatting of both sherry and bourbon casks, with a significantly higher proportion of Oloroso sherry influence compared to the Machir Bay expression.

• Cask Influence: Matured in a combination of Bourbon and Sherry casks, with a heavy Oloroso Sherry focus.
• Character: A perfect balance of classic Islay peat smoke and rich, dark fruit sweetness.
