Hazelburn 8 Years Old Sherry Wood 2025 Edition is a limited-edition release of Hazelburn, Springbank’s triple distilled and unpeated single malt. This annually released 100% sherry expression provides a stark contrast to the fully bourbon-matured Hazelburn 10 Years Old. The single malt was distilled in February 2017 and aged for 8 years in fresh Oloroso sherry casks. It was bottled in March 2025 at 48.2%. Hazelburn 8 Years Old Sherry Wood 2025 Edition is a complex, full-bodied dram with notes of sweet cinnamon, cocoa powder, redcurrant, sticky toffee pudding and hazelnuts.
