Distilled at the Glenmorangie distillery in Tain, Ross-shire, this release came from the director of whisky creation, Dr. Bill, found himself thinking of how to capture feeling of sitting in front of the fire as the snow fell outside. This expression has been laid down to mature for 13 years and spent a finishing period of time in Marsala wine casks from Sicily before being bottled at 46% abv.
