Tasting Notes

Nose: Bursting with orange blossom, espresso, maraschino cherry and honeycomb, with hints of candied fruits, hazelnuts, lavender and spice.
Palate: Waves of dark chocolate, redcurrants and burnt coffee beans, followed by crystalized almonds, blackberries and orange zest.
Finish: Long and rich, with ginger and liquorice on the finish.

Overall: Whiskey in My Wedding Ring: Multiple wine barriques add rich fruit and spice, making the 9-year-old spirit taste closer to 15 without over-oaking.
