Edradour 25 Years Old 200th Anniversary Bordeaux 1999 Cask #811 is a special bottling from Edradour to commemorate the traditional farm distillery’s 200th anniversary. Founded in 1825 by a consortium of local farmers in the heart of Perthshire, Edradour has remained true to its artisanal roots, continuing the time-honoured traditions that have defined its craft for two centuries. The single malt was distilled on 12 October 1999 and matured in a first-fill Bordeaux hogshead, creating a big and bold dram with a deep red fruit influence. It was bottled on 1 July 2025 at a cask strength of 54.8%. One of 272 individually numbered bottles.
