Description
Hand-selected by Malt Master Kelsey McKechnie, this remarkable single cask has matured for 12 years in European oak butts which previously held a rich sweet wine produced in Montilla in Spain. An exceptional whisky that balacnes an initial candied sweetness with rich vanilla oakiness, warm spice and dried fruits.
Nose: Delicate, crisp & refined with vibrant barley sugar revealing runny honey beautifully balanced with toasted oak
Palate: Initial candied sweetness develops into rich vanilla oakiness with warming spice and dried apricots.
