Nestled within a stunning natural landscape, this expansive 36-hectare site proudly stands 80 meters above Lake Dunstan & Mt Pisa, providing breathtaking panoramic views. Our distillery is dedicated to producing exceptional Gin, Vodka, and Single Malt Whisky, with each of the two barrel rooms holding excess of over 2000 barrels.

The selection of this site was deliberate, situated precisely on the 45th parallel, marking the midpoint between the equator and the South Pole.
